This recipe I got it from a friend. I have a little 'adjusted because there was too much rum. Here she is ready to be realized. It is delicious!
Ingredients:
200 grams of flour 200 g sugar 200 g butter
2 eggs and 1 egg yolk Pinch of salt
150 grams of raisins
A cup of rum and water (half and half)
4 / 7 tablespoons rum
About un'ora prima di preparare il dolce, mettere l'uvetta a mollo in una tazza di acqua e rhum (come indicata negli ingredienti).
Mantecare bene il burro con lo zucchero.
Aggiungere la farina,
poi le uova (un uovo per volta e aspettare di averlo amalgamato bene prima di aggiungere il successivo)
e, infine, i 4/7 (a seconda dei gusti) cucchiai di rhum.
Mescolare bene e aggiungere l'uvetta ammollata, asciugata e leggermente infarinata .
Mescolare di nuovo e travasare nello stampo per plum cake imburrato e infarinato.
Cuocere, per i primi 10 minuti, a forno molto caldo (circa 200 gradi), poi abbassare a 180/160 gradi e cuocere, in tutto, circa un'ora. Quindi sformare su un piatto ovale.
